Hailing from North London, Billy Da Kid is one of the UK’s most respected and dynamic multi-genre DJs, producers, and radio personalities.
Starting his DJ career at just 11 years old, Billy built his reputation spinning House before being drawn into the Reggae and Dancehall scene.
That passion landed him a coveted five-year residency on Shy FX’s legendary Digital Soundboy stage at Notting Hill Carnival — a proving
ground for the UK’s most credible selectors.

Billy’s radio journey began with early guest mixes for BBC Radio 1Xtra, & Kiss FM UK before joining the Kiss FM UK line-up in 2012. He went
on to host three of the station’s leading dance shows for over five years — Kiss Presents, Friday Night Kiss & Saturday Night Kiss — all of
which became essential weekend listening for UK club culture.

In 2018, RAJAR figures confirmed Billy’s shows as the most listened to dance show in London for 18–25-year-olds, overtaking even
Radio 1 in that slot. Across his tenure at Kiss, Billy hosted exclusive guest mixes from the likes of Alesso, Wh0, Meduza, Adelphi Music
Factory, and Franky Wah, cementing his place at the heart of the UK dance scene.

On stage, Billy has performed at some of the UK and Europe’s most iconic venues and festivals — including Wembley Arena, where he
performed to 12,500 people at the Kiss Haunted House Party, sharing the stage with Martin Garrix, Dua Lipa, Rita Ora, Rudimental & Clean Bandit.
Other venues and festivals Billy has played include: Ministry of Sound, Kisstory On The Common, BSTK, Ultimate Street Car, Show Me Love UK, and Kiss Fest.

His club and resort credentials stretch across Ibiza (O Beach, Pukka Up, Itaca, Eden), BH Mallorca, Rhodes, and Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, along with
multi-date UK university tours and headline sets at major student events. Over the years, Billy has supported the likes of Ms Dynamite, DJ EZ,
Boy Better Know, Example, J Cole, Sigma, and Rudimental, and has toured as the official DJ for Lady Stush.

As a producer, Billy has carved out an impressive catalogue of official remixes for Taio Cruz, Olly Murs, Years & Years, and
Portugal The Man, as well as the Joel Corry remix of Billy's debut single Music In You — a track that passed over one million streams and
earned support from BBC Radio 1. His releases span powerhouse labels including Spinnin’ Records, RCA, 3Beat, New State, and Warner Music, and he co-curated the acclaimed Pure Dance compilation album. In 2024, he launched his own imprint, Pear Shaped Records, to champion forward-thinking dance music and emerging talent.

Now, as the official mix DJ for the Capital Weekender and Capital Dance, Billy continues to bring his high-energy sound to 6.5 million weekly listeners
across the UK. His growing online presence includes The Billy Da Kid Morning Show on TikTok, which gained 4k followers in a month, plus a loyal streaming base of 16k monthly listeners on Spotify and more than 16 million total streams across platforms — with multiple playlist features on Apple Music and Spotify’s biggest dance collections.

With a career built on skill, energy, and authenticity, Billy Da Kid stands as one of the UK’s most versatile and in-demand DJs — a name synonymous
with credible club culture, crowd-shaking sets, and a lifelong passion for dance music.
